Forum Response Times

Time Block	Forum is Monitored this often:
First 2 Months After previous Exam	once per week
3rd and 4th Month After previous Exam	twice per week
2 Months BEFORE current Exam	3 times per week
Month BEFORE current Exam	daily

Note (to candidates): If your question is urgent, you can get a response generally within 1 day by sending an email to info@battleacts.ca.

Here are a few tips to make sure the forum is efficient and fulfills its purpose of providing assistance to candidates preparing the exam:

• Check if your question has already been asked and answered. (There is a search box on the forum site.)
• Questions should be directly relevant to the syllabus and the exam.
• Please be concise in how you ask your question. (If you have multiple questions, please put each question in a separate post.)
• Try not to leave most of your questions to a few weeks before the exam.
• Although there is no specific limit on the number of questions any one individual is permitted to post, our staff reserves the right the prioritize answering of questions for the benefit of all candidates.
